Prune Callot

Prune is legal counsel at Blue like an Orange since February 2021. She has over 14 years of professional experience advising client in a wide range of mainly corporate law matters with a particular focus on corporate structuring project and private equity deals.

Previously, Prune worked notably within the corporate department of the Luxembourg offices of top tier law firms and Big Fours. She gained a strong experience in assisting companies and multinational groups through their implementation and restructuring, involving a high level of coordination and project management.

Prune holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Strasbourg (France) and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2006.
