Anna Oleksiak

Anna Oleksiak has over 10 years of experience in investment banking and the impact investing space. Before joining Blue like an Orange, Anna worked at Total Impact Capital, an investment bank focused on creating impact in emerging markets. At Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital, she has led the development of SDG Blue, an impact measurement framework to assess the investees' contribution to the SDGs. 

Anna Oleksiak has over 10 years of experience in investment banking and the impact investing space. Before joining Blue like an Orange, Anna worked at Total Impact Capital, an investment bank focused on creating impact in emerging markets, where she was responsible for managing the transaction process and developing innovative blended financial structures for clients. At Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital, she has led the development of SDG Blue, an impact measurement framework to assess the investees' contribution to the SDGs.

Anna started her career in finance at Deutsche Bank’s, investment banking division in NYC, where she performed financial analysis, valuations of M&A transactions, and credit analysis. She also worked with a startup pharmaceutical company with operations in Ghana, focused on R&D of anti-malarial medication, where she participated in negotiations with the stakeholders, including the government. Anna graduated summa cum laude from the George Washington University with a double major, in finance and international business.
