Hélène has over 8 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting in private equity and real estate fund sector. Prior to joining Blue Like an Orange, she worked at CACEIS Luxembourg as Central Administration Team Manager, where she oversaw a portfolio of large investment funds, some with complex structures and operations, ensuring timely delivery of financial reporting and managing the team to meet tight deadlines.

Hélène began her career through a work-study Master’s program in Accounting, Finance, and Audit at a small French accounting firm. In 2017, she joined KPMG Luxembourg, where she progressed to Manager in 2022. At KPMG, she managed a portfolio of holding companies and investment funds, handling accounting, consolidation, and financial statements.

She then joined CACEIS Luxembourg as Team Manager, overseeing a portfolio of large and sometimes complex investment funds. Her responsibilities included delivering high-quality reporting under tight deadlines, leading her team and working to optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and ensure timely execution. Hélène obtained her Luxembourg Chartered Accountant certification in 2020. She joined Blue like an Orange Capital in 2025.
