Prior to joining Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital in 2025, Diana served as Private Equity Investment Coordinator at FOCIR, where she evaluated funds focused on the development of Mexico’s rural and agribusiness sectors.

Diana began her career at Citi as a Credit Risk Analyst, conducting horizontal and vertical financial statement analyses to assess the liquidity, solvency, and repayment capacity of multinational companies with operations in Mexico. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
