Jocelyne Ozdoba is Director of Sustainability at Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital. Jocelyne has a vast experience in sustainability. She worked for 18 years as a consultant and service provider in financial operations, sustainability, ESG risk monitoring and sustainable finance.

Jocelyne Ozdoba is Director of Sustainability at Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital. Previously, Jocelyne was Director of Sustainable Finance at Ailancy, a French consulting firm dedicated to the financial industry, where she led implementation projects related to the EU sustainable finance regulation and co-founded the Think tank “Ambitious Finance”.

As part of her experience in sustainability, Jocelyne was Head of CSR Strategy and Reporting at Utopies, a pioneering sustainability consultancy based in Paris. In this role, she led numerous sustainability projects in various sectors, from finance to energy, pharmaceuticals, food, retail and ICT. She was also Director of Customer Success at Datamaran, a Fintech based in London and NYC, where she collaborated with sustainability professionals of major companies to identify and monitor ESG risks, using big data technologies.

Before dedicating her career to sustainability, Jocelyne worked as a management consultant in the financial sector for Eurogroup and Ailancy. She conducted strategic and operational transformation projects, including business, regulatory and IT projects, for banks, stock exchanges, brokers and asset managers in France, the United Kingdom, Morocco, and Madagascar. Jocelyne holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC Business School and a MS in Economics from Paris Dauphine University. She also completed a Women and Leadership certification at the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra.
